Fellow ADHDer here (and happen to be a Lefty) and I do this same thing with Quizlet decks instead of paper concept maps. Each disease has its own deck, and each card is a category (Def, Patho, RF/etiologies, etc) and the info is in the other column. Then I just hit PLAY AUDIO and it just gives me a "prompt" to write out what I know first before I flip the card for the answers. This saves me from reading 24/7 because I'm def more of an auditory learner
