I got pregnant when my son was 11 months old and for the first trimester I literally puked every time I changed a poop diaper. It was ROUGH! Hang in there!!

Unisom and B6 the night before has helped me sooo much & highly recommend keeping peppermint essential oil STRAPPED on you at all times. A little under my nose and on my temple was a lifesaver. You’ve got this mama!

I can’t tell you how much this video helped me mentally. I started strong, working out, and then 7 weeks hit and I couldn’t even do my morning block walk. I’m hoping the nausea feeling stops soon for you as well!

If you can handle zofran and phenergan, it definitely helps. I had severe morning sickness this pregnancy and it’s the only thing that kept me out of the ER 😂 pregnancy is ROUGH.

Same experience as you but I'm only 8 weeks w my 2nd right now and did have HG with my first. The meds are keeping it at bay this time but I'm scared
