@sunstardavao: CHINA RELEASES VIDEO ON ALLEGED COLLISION WITH PHILIPPINE VESSEL IN WPS After the Philippine Coast Guard released footage of the alleged collision involving a China Coast Guard vessel and a Philippine boat at Bajo de Masinloc or Scarborough Shoal, the Chinese Embassy also released its own video of the incident at around 11 a.m. on September 18. In its post, the Chinese Embassy claimed that the Philippine vessel deliberately crossed in front of the Chinese ship, causing the collision. “Regarding the incident that occurred this morning at China’s Xianbin Jiao in Nansha Qundao, who exactly is provoking and who is hyping it up? It is clearly the Philippine vessel that carried out an unprofessional maneuver, deliberately crossing in front of the Chinese vessel and causing the collision,” said Chinese Embassy Deputy Spokesperson Guo Wei.
