i do this for my nine month old niece, to be honest it doesn’t have to be direct sunlight. when i walk with her i literally talk about what i see and she eventually falls asleep definitely a hack.

it's also good for their vit D levels and for good mental stimulation. we need sunlight and it's comforting in tolerable doses. sleepy walks are a great way to knock out many things at once

Best advice I ever got for a fussy baby/toddler is “water or sunshine”. Set them in a bath, let them play in the sink, take them outside.. works like charm almost every single time
