@l.ourens: I did over 20 European winter trips in the past 5 years, to discover which places are value for money, have cosy winter vibes and are cold enough! ❄️🎄🇪🇺 - So here’s my ranking: - 10. Tatra Mountains: Some of the wildest mountains in Europe, which in winter turns into winter wonderland. From Zakopane in Poland to the Jasna Low Tatras in Slovakia, there’s an insane amount of activities to do here, keep in mind that the polish side is way cheaper though. 9. Gdansk - Poland: Poland’s port city which I’d call the Amsterdam of the Baltic Sea, because of its Germanic Architecture. In winter it has lots of christmas markets and lots of comfy local food to for as little as 8 euros. 8. Vilnius - Lithuania : Also called the jersusalem of north because of it’s diverse religious history. These days the city has over 50 churches in its inner city and in winter the whole area turns into winter wonderland that resembles Scandinavia but doesn’t destroy your wallet. - - - - - #travel #traveltok #fyp #wintertravel #poland
