@junebeebaby: Can something handmade still have a place in a world moving this fast? AI can create images in seconds. Words appear almost instantly. Our lives keep getting faster. Despite all this speed, slow fashion moves at its own pace. And there’s a certain peace in that. Some of us still love to sit down with yarn and needles and knit every row by hand. We know it takes time, but that’s part of what makes it so special. Do you agree? In my artisan shop, slow fashion means making clothes in small quantities, to be worn again and again instead of quickly replaced. It means making pieces that can last for years and, hopefully, be passed down through generations. It also means staying with natural fibers in a world full of synthetics. Maybe slow fashion doesn’t need to keep up with everything else. Maybe that’s part of its beauty.
