I once got in didn't check cz the car was the right one,I chatted him up the whole ride. When I got out he says u didn't see I'm not the person on the app ngathi why didnt u see I was distracting u and playing music with ur fone. Athi he is driving for his brother.

With Bolt, I once experienced a driver who came on a different car and registration, which is not on the app. When I asked, he told me his car went for service. I told him I'll have to cancel, I am not comfortable with him. This was a sometime last year.

Uber needs to upgrade their monitoring system. A trip shouldn't work if the face of the driver is not correct. It should also indicate a green status on the passenger app before they get into the car.

I wonder what about what I just heard. The driver arrives, asks you to cancel yet he's gonna take you where you're going. Fortunately the lady refused the driver asked her to get out. Left her there which was fortunate that she was alert.
