I think that's one of the interesting things about wearing waist beads for a long time. You start to develop your own relationship with them and notice little things you might not have paid attention to before. But I think there's an important distinction here: noticing your body doesn't have to mean constantly monitoring it or becoming obsessed with every little change. Your beads can make you notice without every change needing to become something you have to fix. And of course, sometimes you just keep wearing them because you think they're cute. 😂 If you've worn waist beads for a while, what made you keep wearing them?
