Here’s a FAQ but lmk if you have any other questions! : Q: You do ALL those voices? A: Yep! Q: So you’re who I’m always hearing? A: Nope! There are many voice actors who work for many different companies around the world. Depending on where you are and when, it may or may not be my voice you’re hearing. But if it sounds like me, there’s a pretty good chance it’s yours truly! Q: Why do you sound robotic? A: A large amount of these are for automated services and we have to speak very clearly and slowly so the system can generate any variety of sentences. Q: Those aren’t AI voices? A: Yes and no! To create an AI voice, you need a human model. Every “AI voice” you hear was created from at least one real voice. It’s the sentence generation that is really AI. Q: Why don’t you say which companies you work for? A: Short answer is contracts, competitors, voice database usage options for various software (self-checkout, phone answering etc.) and traditional etiquette. Let me know if you want more details!
