my mum comes over to stop with me and my son for 2 nights and we love it. we are still going to try do this when i move in with my partner next year but no idea how with all rooms taken but I am sure we will make it work 🤣

Why was I so miserable as a teen?? My mom is a fucking saint and I treated her so bad. Fuck I regret it so much especially since I got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and she sat right with me for every chemo,surgery and everything I have gone through. God I love my mom and I cherish her now I just wish I didn’t waste all those years being an idiot and wanting to hang out with my “friends” who I’m not even friends with anymore.. I love you mom!!!!

i've done this my entire life with my mom. Every Saturday we'd go for breakfast and then shop and thrift and just spend time together. She passed away in 2023 and my Saturdays are so weird now. I miss her she was my best friend. I'm 42 now and I have a whole life ahead without her.

I miss her. she was diagnosed in cancer in 2020 and we couldn't go out much. she kept getting sicker and we never really had another shopping lunch date where she could do everything she wanted to do.
