The only exception I could see for minors being in a vape store is parents with extremely young kids that they can't leave alone. BUt otherwise, full blown teenagers can stay tf out.. How far did he really think he was gonna get with doing that? If he was trying to buy products, he would have to go up the counter where you are.. If he wasn't trying to buy it, that just means hes clearly trying to steal and needs to still get the fk out.. It's pretty fking hard to get away with stealing from a smoke shop of any kind.. There's usually cameras everywhere. Why would you even go into a vape store to charge your phone anyways? It's not like they have free outlets for people to sit at and the chargers they typically sell are for vapes. Not a damn thing he was doing or saying made sense 😆
