travelled on Turkish from Uganda through Instanbul then Stockholm then Canada. never had a single issue. was never treated differently in Instanbul and Stockholm even Toronto. Just had to quarantine for 21 days in Canada

I arrived yesterday from Uganda through Istanbul and at Washington airport it was only health screening after passing the health test you proceed normally. You only quarantine yourself when you fail health test

the CDC doesn't appointment doctors so you don't have to provide them with any information when they ask for it. your health information is protected by law and unless there is an appointed doctor you don't have to provide it.
