I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to speak openly about my experience and to help bring attention to an issue that affects so many women. It's so important that we advocate for ourselves, prioritize preventative care and early detection, understand all of our treatment options, and receive the proper aftercare. I went got. UFE my Dr tried to pressure me to get a hysterectomy n I said no so glad I made that choice I've Neva felt better on top of my 3 mth depo shit ko period at all

I had 19 fibroids in, on and around my uterus and some as large as softballs along with severe endometriosis and I had to see 6 doctors before 1 would agree to a hysterectomy. I'm a mom of 6 full grown adults and 5 grandchildren and the drs kept trying to get me to have just the fibroids removed so I could have more kids. I felt like I was living in the handmaids tale. Womens Healthcare need to do better!
