Good morning, y’all! ☀️ Today’s plans were simple… get dressed, grab my granddaughter, and head to Sephora because apparently that’s where all the cool 8-year-olds want to go these days. 😂 Of course… this is our house, so before I could even finish telling y’all what today’s video was about, the back door flew open and in comes a screaming little Bash after getting stung by a wasp. 😩🐝 Don’t worry, he’s perfectly fine now, but for a minute it was all hands on deck! Once the excitement settled down, I got to share something that was really on my heart. The other day I opened a package from Melinda Mink, but after I finished filming, I sat down and read her card. Between her sweet words and the beautiful handmade Cherokee beadwork her daughter-in-law, Kaylee, created… it touched me more than I can explain. The name Kaylee has a very special place in my heart. Some moments just feel too meaningful to rush past, and I wanted Melinda and Kaylee to know how much their kindness meant to me. Thank y’all for such a thoughtful gift and for the love behind it. I’ll treasure it always. 🦋♥️🦋💙🦋💜🦋💛🦋 Now… enough of all that. Come spend the day with us!
