Señaló que México mostró resiliencia educativa, ya que mantuvo resultados estables en ciencias y lectura respecto a 2022, a pesar de que muchos países registraron retrocesos. También destacó que los estudiantes mexicanos presentan altos niveles de curiosidad, perseverancia y sentido de propósito, además de que el país ha ampliado las oportunidades educativas sin aumentar significativamente las brechas socioeconómicas.
