You’re supposed to do the helmet on clean hair with no products on. & also I’ve read that the scalp massage that’s proven in studies is the kind done by your hands that moves the scalp skin over the bone not surface massage

Sofiaaaa i really Need your opinion ! I‘m using about 3 Years a Birth Control pill, After 2 years i changed mine and my hair loss began. After 2 month of increase shedding i changed it to my old one, who was Perfect for my hair. But singe then i‘m fighting with hair loss. Now it is about 1 Year ! I try everthing ! And now im using minoxidil about 2,5 month and in these İ lost so so much hair Like İ lost in the past 8 months. İ thought the shedding would be less in Week 8/9 but now İ‘m using minoxidil about 10 weeks and it doesn‘t work. İ lost so much hair and its seems Like it will Never stop ! What can i do. And Yes, i also using pumpking seed oil and saw palmetto, scalp Massage and i will begin with prp. My blood Tests Are good, no deficincy…
