back when I was about 10 years old, our local Walmart sold lobsters as pets in the fish department. I bought one of these little lobsters with my allowance after begging and begging my parents and when you first get them, they’re all tiny and one color. when we got at home, it turned dark blue as it grew so obviously we named him blue. He lived in the tank with two angelfish and all the guppies but on Christmas morning when we went to feed the fish, they had all died unfortunately, we were not informed enough to know what had happened or if they got sick. I cried because my mom refused to bury, blue the lobster instead, she insisted our chickens needed to eat him so that he could become part of the circle of life
