Hard one this. They are both right. The customer is within the rules. BUT he is abusing those rules. I’d accept it a few times but if a customer does it all the time then you have to block them.

The barbers are 1099 employees. When they cut hair is their business as long as the business is open at that time. And how much they charge is their business? You're not losing money.Because people aren't coming into your shop.Because the only money that you make is the rent money
