I don't think it's going rain anytime soon. Maybe winter get moisture. I started feeding hay bc ain't nothing in that grass they got.

You ever had to deal with Fly strike. I had a 7 day old calf get it and I found it her before they ate her from outside In. Don’t like calving in summer window that again.

small mo farm :
Just had a new calf this afternoon, I don't like having calves in this heat. I put a bale out a couple weeks ago, they've nibbled on it, but haven't attacked it yet.
