deplay, in cotonuo, if landlord did not provide water, prepared meter and all the necessary things in the house for tenants, government will fine that landlord. but in Nigeria, tenants will pay rent to landlord and will be the one to buy tank, prepaid meter because we have a failed system and a lawyer is telling you you don't have the right to remove them. oga.. it is not even a tenant responsibility to purchase a new meter to a public compound. it is a landlord responsibility to get a meter for his tenant, because it will be registered to his compound. beside, u can't make use of it elsewhere.
