To be honest, I’ve gotten crumpled messes when buying clothes. But I take them out, and refold them myself after I paid. I don’t make a stink about it.

no im so petty when they start intervening. if im putting things in your cart (sams club/costco setup) and you move every item i put in, I will stop putting them in since you wanna control where they go. I have common sense on where to put things (no chips or bread on bottom, no raw meat near produce, no chilled/frozen items on the rotisserie chicken)

I had this lady come in at close to do an exchange. Wouldn’t leave the register so I had to go back and forth to find the panties she wanted. It’s after close and when we are finally finishing I was bagging them up and she proceeds to turn to my manager to complain about me not folding her underwear before bagging them. It’s been 10 years and I still hate her.

The one that always got me when I worked in retail is when people told me to be fast cause they were going to miss their bus. Why weren’t you on the bus stop then ?!
