It's system. System has been set to link next job way before car is near. Drivers has no rights to advice the passenger their distance or how long the journey time will be. It's all system operates fault. Passengers has right to cancel due to their emergency needs but that cancellation should never be drivers fault to engage next job with low fare garbage rate. Those who eats at klcc, pavilion or back from there are not beggars who can't afford. Have some commonsense on fares..
