@fooddiariesbyhumera: Beef White Biryani🔥🥩 Ingredients For Beef Masala - 1 kg bone-in beef - 1 cup oil - 2 medium onions, sliced - 1½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste - 1 cup yogurt - 1 tbsp chopped green chillies - 1 tbsp roasted crushed coriander & cumin - 1 tsp black pepper - 1½ tbsp coriander powder - 1 tsp chilli flakes - 1 tsp garam masala - 1 tapn kewra essence - Salt Whole Spices - 2 cinnamon pieces - 5–6 green cardamoms - 2 black cardamoms - 1 star anise - 6–7 peppercorns - 5–6 cloves - 1 bay leaf For Layering - 2 tomatoes, sliced - 5–6 green chillies - Curry leaves - 5–6 dried plums (alu bukhara) - ½ handful fresh coriander, chopped - ½ handful mint, chopped - 1 lemon, sliced - 7–8 dried red button chillies - Fried onions Rice - 3½ cups basmati rice, soaked 30 minutes - Salt - 2 green cardamoms Method 1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Fry onions until golden; remove half for layering. 2. Add whole spices and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté, then add beef and mix well. 3. Add yogurt, green chilli and all powdered spices.and kewra essence, Cook until well combined. 4. Add 4 cups water, cover and pressure cook for about 35 minutes, or until beef is tender. 5. Transfer beef and masala to a wide pot. Keep about 1, 1/2 cup gravy with the meat. 6. Layer tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves, alu bukhara, coriander, mint, lemon, dried red chillies and reserved fried onions over the beef. 7. Boil rice separately with salt and cardamom and cook until about 60% done. Drain and layer over the beef. 8. Cook on high heat until steam develops, then cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. 9.
