🍎 BYE OR BUY: APPLE EDITION 🍏 Fall grocery shelves are FULL of apple pie, caramel apple, apple cinnamon + apple cider everything… but cute seasonal packaging doesn’t automatically make it a BUY 👀 For me, the non-negotiables are simple: no seed oils, no artificial sweeteners + no artificial dyes. I’m also always looking for simpler ingredient lists and better swaps when they’re available. So I rounded up a bunch of the apple products I’m seeing right now and separated them into the ones I’d BYE ❌ and the ones I’d BUY ✅. Reminder: don’t just trust the claims on the front like “high protein,” “organic,” “low sugar” or “made with real fruit” — flip it over and read the ingredients. There are SO many better fall options, and you can still enjoy all the seasonal flavors without throwing your standards out the window. 🍂🤎 Which one surprised you the most?!
