I think I am shooting for peace, I do find contentment which is a better inner than happiness. Of course I do experience happiness, but it is only temporary, sometimes brought on by relief, with an elation as it marks the end of a minor suffering -I am happy to experience this but realise it is not a new beginning, it is at a finale and that I need to cognitively make the move. I think coming from a broken past -I have had to fabric back together until the now -with some path laid into the future. How ever the broken path is far from my original path of which could have been and was marred with difficulty that confused and clouded. The life work I have done is paying off. When I was younger someone said life itself was a life sentence to see out. Calmness and progress personally are the elixir.

I find happiness through helping those around me. I may not always be content with where my life is but seeing joy in people’s faces after seeing them go through struggles gives me all the happiness I need to keep going.
