Sprinkle on yeast. Mix well, and allow it to sit for five minutes. Once five minutes has elapsed add in your sugar, pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Now add in your flour. Knead dough for 5-10 minutes. Place dough in an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Store in a warm place.

When dough has doubled in size, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll dough on a lightly floured surface to a 16x21-inch rectangle.
To make the filling: Combine brown sugar, softened butter, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Make a paste, then spread the mixture over the dough.
Starting at the longer end, roll up the dough; cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes.
 1. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
 2. Bake rolls in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
 3. While rolls are baking, prepare icing: Beat confectioners' sugar, butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and salt until creamy.
 4. Spread icing on warm rolls before serving.
