@arisenews: Surrogacy is becoming an increasingly visible option for people who are unable to carry a pregnancy themselves globally. In Nigeria, there is no comprehensive federal law specifically regulating the practice, leaving much of the process to private agreements, contracts and the procedures adopted by individual agencies. But as more people turn to surrogacy, there are growing calls for clearer rules around the rights and responsibilities of those involved. Arise News Correspondent Adebola Giwa reports.
