@imnathanhopper: Latino Professionals in Aerospace Conference 2026 was absolutely amazing day 1! Shoutout to @spitfireelite for making sure that everybody performs their best at the meet and greet, interviews, and face to face interactions. Preparation is key for events like this, and nobody does it better than Spitfire. Started off the day getting some breakfast and pilot fuel aka coffee. Made it to where the event was being hosted around 9AM to mingle and interact with the other dream chasing aviators at the conference. Once noon came around, the welcome reception and ribbon cutting happened. Then, the flood gates opened and everyone went off to make connections, friendships, and possibly even get picked up by their dream airline! @Spitfire Elite was on site all day doing resume reviews and giving plenty of great advice to aspiring pilots. Once the reception ended, Spitfire was the last exhibitor still there putting in the time making sure they didn't leave anybody out. They literally got to everyone, pretty amazing! If you have an interview or conference coming up, make sure to check them out so you're prepared and put the odds as far in your favor as possible! LPA was an awesome conference with so many people from around the world with the same passion for aviation. If you've never been to a conference, make sure to go!!
