Don’t get me wrong, I’ve never breastfed my child myself, but I will always support women who choose to breastfeed their babies in public. At the end of the day, babies need to be fed. You wouldn’t go and sit on a toilet to eat your food, so why should a baby have to be hidden away in a toilet just to have their breastmilk? I genuinely feel bad for mums who feel like they have to do this because they’ve been influenced by people saying that breastfeeding in public is somehow inappropriate. I’m all for mums feeding their babies wherever they feel comfortable. It’s completely natural, and a baby shouldn’t have to wait or be hidden away because someone else feels uncomfortable. Honestly, I really liked her before, but after seeing this, I’m going to unfollow her. It’s just not something I can agree with.

I breastfed for 3 weeks but struggled as I thought my boy wasn’t getting enough milk, I was gutted my breastfeeding journey came to an end but will always be grateful I was able to, women should not be judging others 🩷

Completely agree, I breastfed and I was breastfed as a baby because I was so allergic to formula I would be sick! In a way I'm glad she made this mistake, as it's now become a conversation that needed to happen clearly! God literally created breasts to feed out children that is their purpose! Well said! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Trust me, having to hide breast feeding as a Pakistani Muslim. The isolation is REAL. I was soooo happy by my 3rd baby the breast feeding covers were around!

I mean I breastfed both my babies for 2 years and I personally didn’t like breastfeeding in public. I would often feed them in the car rather than sitting in a restaurant etc unless I really had to 😅
