It’s gonna be hot for maybe a day or two because it will be sorting your data and indexing, same thing happened with my 17 pro when I first got it

People. It’s the transfer that starts the heat. Then something called INDEXING. Indexing can take hours to days to complete. Please learn about the expense devices you spend your hard earned money on.

The aluminium is hot not the processor if it doesn’t show on the screen the phone is hot its all good because of the vapor chamber removing the heat from the cpu to the aluminium

It’s all the data and transferring that takes processing power and that dissipates heat. It will be fine.

You understand a phone gets hot BECAUSE its cooling down, the heat is moving away from the important hardware into the shell which youre holding

New phones do a lot of indexing when you do a restore. Especially if your coming from an older phone. Your phone is working very hard but it’ll pass
