Same kind of things for me. Had to hire a lawyer and it took 5 months to get the blood test results back. Also after blowing zeros the night of. In the end all charges dropped. Cost me about 10k to beat the charges and no convictions🤦♂️

“Drug recognition expert” my ass. They’re a joke, I’ve met one before after my detainment for possible DWI ( I wasn’t high or drunk) but bc I failed the follow with your eyes and not your head test. But got else right, they took me. They were just itching to get me for something.
