If you don’t get on with sertraline… it made me very ill, try citalopram. It did me well for many years. As for the oil change… get a pump off Amazon to suck the oil out through the dip stick. Shop oil and filter won’t cost you much. Will save yourself a fortune

you will feel rough at first when starting Sertaline, after a few weeks you will start to feel better.

I hope you get results soon! With the ultrasound for my liver adenomas, my GP had called me within an hour of the appointment to say they’d found something. The ultrasound tech did spend a long time in one area which is where they found the largest adenoma but he also asked me some questions afterwards which were things like have I been unwell, or did I have pain of the liver etc. Sometimes I think if they spend a long time in one area they’re just being very thorough. So it wouldn’t be an immediate red flag, they could just be making sure to cover every little area as thoroughly as possible!

I'm not surprised your anxious. sertraline was good for me but takes a little while to kick in. hope you get some results soon

Sertraline saved my life. No joke. Stick with it, it’ll make you feel like crap for a week or two then it’ll kick in. For me it was nice to feel numb to the stress in my life. Some people complain about the numbness but for me it was like a massive relief.

I’ve been following you for a long time as I’m currently undergoing my own similar journey with you here. I want to help you so much and as I’m a chartered psychologist, I will attempt to reframe. I do this often for myself and it helps me, I hope it helps you too ……… I’ve been canny, i didn’t pay for parking. My mental health should be on the up now I have a diagnosis a treatment plan is being actioned. Finally I’ve had a very thorough exam long exam with an mri and now I’m looking forward to the results so a more thorough plan to help me can be made. Cars out of oil, but it’s the least of my worries right now. I don’t have to deal with the stress of a job and can concentrate on my health. I have the best girlfriend in the world and I’m supported, emotionally and physically.
