I’ve got a hunter hawkeye elite machine and I’m having trouble with centering up the heads with rims that have a bevel to it causing the readings to be all sorts of weird and steering wheel way off after doing the alignment

I love when customers come in and say its pulling left or right and I test drive it confirm and let go of the wheel and it stays straight and ask if they are trying to straight the wheel while they're driving and they say yes...well sir or mam that is not a pull ,your steering wheel just isnt straight
