@hanahsolum: Ingredients: • 2 (8 oz) cans crescent rolls • 4 oz cream cheese • 8 large eggs • 1 cup whole milk • 2 cups shredded cheese • 1 lb ground sausage • 1 jalapeño, deseeded & chopped • 2 tsp dried parsley • ½ tsp pepper • ½ tsp salt Directions: 1. Grease a 9x13 pan with butter. 2. Smear a dollop of cream cheese on each crescent roll triangle, then roll them up. 3. Place the crescent rolls in the casserole dish in 2 rows of 8. 4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Stir in the sausage, jalapeño, parsley, cheese, salt & pepper. 5. Pour the mixture evenly over the crescent rolls. 6.
