That also happened in Austin. I was at a bar, and a guy pulled up with the guy in his windshield. He was high and drunk, he hit a homeless person drive three miles with him hangout his car.

There was an episode of CSI Vegas where they did this only a woman hit a man who got stuck in her windshield and she drove him to her garage .
