My gf felt the same way, that it might be too scary. But if you go into it to appreciate the artistry and design of the houses/mazes like you’d view art in a gallery, it really does take the scary edge off the experience. Now my gf rarely gets scared besides a few well timed jumps, and in fact likes to create some walking space ahead so that she can’t anticipate where they jump out from! Complete 180 from how she felt before to now actively seeking better jump scares 😂

I feel it depends on of you get scared easily! I find the scariest part of HHN to be the crowds and the waits. if it is super busy I feel that the mazes become less scary due to the amount of people going through all at once lessening the scares you may see. there are safe areas where scare actors cant go like inside restaurants and outside of scare zones! if you’re SUPER scared you can get the necklace that saves you from being scared but idk if the scares are that serious.

It’s underwhelming. I was disappointed. All the mazes are the exact same. You went through one you went through them all. Imagine 6 flags during Halloween. It’s lame asf. Also if you just don’t care and remember they’re theater kids there’s absolutely nothing scary about them 🤣
