I absolutely had a pair of tan corduroy knickers I wore with plaid knee high socks and penny loafers. I remember wearing those for Thanksgiving either in 1982 or 1983. I was in 8th/9th grade. I thought i was styling!

I did. I had camel corduroy knickers with a matching vest. I wore them with a navy and camel plaid shirt with puff sleeves, and maybe with ruffles? Ooh! And camel leather boots.

Me. I had a black velvet pair, and you couldn’t tell me ANYTHING when I was waltzing around in them. I also had that pink and blue ruffled plaid shirt (I did not wear it with the velvet knickers, though).
