@vicktipnes: You might be in the wrong business. Not because you're bad at it. Because the model itself has a ceiling, and no amount of effort is going to break through it. I wanted to build something that solved a real problem, at scale, in a way that let me actually live the life I wanted. If I hadn't gotten specific about that early on, none of it would have worked. You have to craft a unique solution, not just offer a version of what everyone else is already doing. The benefits have to actually hit home for the people you're serving. That's what makes something the go-to, not just another option on the shelf. Get specific: what's the one thing your solution does that nobody else's actually does?
