Their job is to "Manage" Workers and if they can do that in 4hrs good for them! Now if a worker cant get work done in a 8hr shift, its either they work Overtime if Company allows it OR Fire them and find someone who can get it done!😂

that's pretty much my coworker who has kids. he gets to show up whenever and leave whenever and he just has to throw out the excuse oh my kids need " fill in the blank" I wanted to take a half day because my sister was in town and she was surprising us and they wouldn't let me leave. I am very tempted at my next job to make up that I have kids so I could just throw out my fictitious children as an excuse to leave early at any point
