Mashed potatoes, soft scrambled eggs, oatmeal, mac and cheese, pasta, protein shakes get old after awhile. Basically if you can cut it with a plastic fork you can eat it. I went through it and bruised just like you did.

I was pretty much liquid until stitches started falling out. The danglers drove me crazy , so I ate a scoop of peanut butter @ day 9 or 10. After that popsicles were life for the roof of my mouth, scramble eggs with cheese, taco meat on a baked sweet potato with cheese and taco sauce… beef stew cooked in crockpot… pb&j … yogurt. Graduated after 2 month mark to grilled cheese , sausage gravy and biscuits. You got this!

Baked cod fish is very good. I did the same thing so I eat fish,mashed potato’s,soups,applesauce, yogurt, cottage cheese, avocados.

I went through the same thing, but I didn’t have any bruising that showed up on the outside of my face. Ate lots of yogurt and cottage cheese did lose some weight. It’s a long journey, but it’s worth it.
