when I was on the newporter outta arts landing in the 80s,we were gonna ng to the kelp patties in corona del mar, a guy was trolling a big lure on a big pole heading out there and hecaughta 200 lb marlin heading out for the 1/2 day.hefreekin landed it.freekin lucky .

This deckhand literally spoke it into existence! I was abroad on Tuesday, and he was telling us how badly he was hoping to hook into a marlin this season. And just like that… it happened! 🎣🔥
