If its a crown tht means they did a RCT in tht tooth tht means tht tooth is dead with no nerve supply in it. But they were required to do BITE CHECK with the bite paper. The structure of the crown needs to be corrected so tht its not affecting the nerve of upper tooth.

As a Dental Hygienist your in the right place. Maybe need a root canal if your nerve is exposed
