I really hate rockstar for adding that, and for adding permanent marks on gta online character’s body after deaths until you rejoin the game, absolute garbage of a mechanic, was the worst idea to add them

A guy already searched in the game's code, this isn't real NPCs can't move at will, they have a scripted path they MUST follow in every situation, this is probably altered in some way, the truck moved too fast than it should
