This is simple... The file that got "zipped" is bigger than 32 Gigs... If you use File Info (Not File info on windows though) it will show the file size on disk, there you will see how big it is on the disk.

Temporarily copy the files off the USB drice, format it as NTFS and then copy the files back to the USB port. The 6GB file should now be able to be copied to the drive

Change the file system on drive to NTFS

Cause: The USB drive uses the FAT32 file system, which has a hard limit of 4 GB per individual file, so the 6.2 GB ZIP file is rejected. Solution: Split the ZIP file into smaller parts under 4 GB using archiving software, or back up the existing files and reformat the drive to exFAT or NTFS.

there are two approaches for this one , because the file system is FAT32 then the file must be less than 4GB, SO: 1- move the files on the flash drive to another storage medium, then format the drive to NTFS then move back all the files including the 6.2GB file. 2- If the 6.2GB can be divided into smaller chunks , each of them is less than 4GB , then copy it to the flash drive

is there any way we can convert it to Exfat without losing data inside like what we do when converting from MBR to GPT?

partition the drive, with a 10Gb partition convert the 10Gb partition to ntfs then copy the file to that 👍

Fat32 max file size is 4GB. Convert flash drive to ntfs. NTFS basically have no size limit.(it actually does but it’s too big for a mere flash drive to stop)
