@alfskitchen: The Mississippi Pot Roast Burger! Easy, delicious, and an absolute must try!! Definitely one my favorites to throw down on my @recteq SmokeStone Ingredients: • 1.5 lbs of 80/20 beef • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning @Hidden Valley Ranch • 1/2 a pack of Au Jus Gravy mix • pepperoncini or banana peppers. Sliced and pat completely dry • sliced Cheddar cheese • brioche buns - @St Pierre USA • au jus gravy 1. Start by making the au jus gravy ahead of time as well as patting the peppers dry! Just follow the packets instructions or buy a quality jarred gravy! 2. Heat the Griddle to hi, and combine the beef with the seasoning listed above and mix well. Then form the meat into 4 oz balls and set aside. 3. Place the beef down on the griddle and place the sliced peppers on top of the meat, then smash it down hard into the cooktop. Move any peppers that fall off back on top. 4. Let the Patties cook for about 90 seconds before flipping them over and topping with cheese. Use a small amount of water and let the cheese steam and melt for a few seconds. 5. Remove the patties and build the burger as shown in the video! Enjoy! Made these tonight. I use homemade ranch and au jus (cuts back on all the added salt and preservatives) and let me tell you… they were AMAZING! Good enough I went back for another burger! Thank you for sharing the recipe! 😊😊
