I have an idea. Why not have a running accessible database of every reported city issue, allow citizens to work as a 1099 contractors, pick and choose which ones they want to do or help with and pay them for it? Think of it like doing Door Dash but for cleaning up and beautifying the city.

7 days is actually a great policy. This way they have 7 days to help people who need services to clear out. I’m glad he took initiative but the city policy is 100% there to protect people (yes homeless people are people).
