I got on my Facebook groups to borrow a trap. It was amazing how many people offered for me to catch a stray who was having kittens and I wanted her to be TNR but then I ended up keeping her. Ask your local Facebook groups where does TNR if you pay for it and trap or if they have volunteers which in my case they didn’t have any volunteers that weren’t already super busy so I did it myself.

I think you probably have to catch the kittens first or wait until they’re old enough to not need their mother for a couple of days. Maybe you could use your garage for a couple of days once they’re eating real food.
