my brother lied to me and told me that once you reach ms4 on a character, you get a relatively useless ability for them. The only one he told me about was shedletsky gaining another slash ability that did 50 damage but gave him helpless and slowness for 10 seconds. He also told me about a "pregnant" 007n7 skin where he would play c00lkidd voicelines inside his belly.
