It’s the over development. I work in construction. They build the grounds up higher than what’s in the area previously. So the new apts don’t flood as often or ever but they drain right into your homes that’s been there for 10-20 years because well water has to go somewhere. & I’m a conservative but if they actually make Ronald McDonald the governor we are fked even more.

Florida drainage system can’t keep up with the rain. They paved paradise and they put up a parking lot and 10,000 condos and one new neighborhood after the next. Open the levees and let some of the water out.
