@native_alchemy: THE REVOLVING DOOR IN REAL TIME Something happens. (Housing inspection: Comply or lose your home) ⬇️ The response becomes the problem. (I questioned the fairness of the ultimatum.) ⬇️ The person questioning it becomes the problem. (I was labeled noncompliant.) ⬇️ Accountability is requested. (Eviction hearing) ⬇️ The institution controls the review. (The same leadership remained in control of the process.) ⬇️ The review is challenged. (Fairness, recusal, and due-process concerns were raised.) ⬇️ The institution points back to its own review. ⬇️ The outcome is controlled. (Eviction.) ⬇️ The original problem remains unresolved. (Ethical leadership, due process, and whether members’ rights under the Indian Civil Rights Act were protected.) ⬇️ THEN IT STARTS AGAIN. ⬇️ Different incident. (I documented and shared what happened.) ⬇️ Different allegation. (Sharing confidential information) ⬇️ Same reframe. (My response becomes the problem again.) ⬇️ Same review structure. (A bad-standing hearing-a.k.a. Disenrollment, controlled by the same institution.) ⬇️ Fair process is requested. (I agreed to participate if my rights would be protected.) ⬇️ No confirmation is provided. ⬇️ 📍 YOU ARE HERE. Except this time, I recognize the revolving door before the cycle is complete. First, I was labeled noncompliant for questioning an ultimatum. Now, I am accused of violating policy for documenting what followed. Different allegation. Same reframe. Same original problem left unresolved. I do not need to complete the cycle again to prove where it leads. This time, I am taking the exit. 🔥 https://kathrinemariemejia.com/ #CoerciveControl #InstitutionalDARVO #EmotionalSafety #EthicalLeadership #leadbyexample
